Forms of payment accepted: At this time, we accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
*All first time dogs, with the exception of healthy puppies under 6 months, must start with an Initial single swim; this session will include the initial assessment, and 2 hydrotherapists, as required. Rate will be reduced if not required.*
Please Note: Beyond the Initial Session, there may be a 2nd Hydrotherapist fee for dogs requiring more than one hydrotherapist in the water (If required for the safety of your dog ie:, potentially beginning post-surgery strengthening sessions, certain spinal conditions, potentially very large dogs learning to swim – please contact us for more information)
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or change your scheduled time, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot. Late notice and missed sessions are subject to the full session fee. For Tuesday bookings, please try to let us know by 4pm Saturday, as we are closed Sunday and Monday, but we understand that this may not be feasible.
Packages are Valid for One Year from date of purchase. After that date, your account will be credited with the value remaining.
All Dogs require a Client Registration form, and a Veterinary Remark form. Please contact us for the forms.
