Coastal Canine Hydrotherapy and Fitne
ss Centre is conveniently located mid Island – 10 minutes from Parksville and Coombs, 20 minutes from Nanaimo and 45 minutes from the Comox Valley and Port Alberni. Our indoor, inground 16’ x 32’ (5m x 10m) heated pool is specially designed for canine use with an easily accessible ramp, and a single depth of 4’. We use a salt chlorination cell – meaning no harsh chemicals are required to maintain a sparkling clean water quality.
For your convenience, there is a canine shower for before and/or after swim use. Adjacent to the pool is the ‘pool paddock’ a fenced area for the dogs to relieve themselves.
We will also have a quiet space for canine massage, with a comfortable sitting area for the guardians.
Outdoors, a 80’x 80’ fenced agility field will soon be equipped, and will be available for field rental (2015).
